اليونيسف: مائة يوم على انفجارات بيروت ولا يزال الأطفال والعائلات المتضررة بحاجة إلى الدعم المستمر

حذرت اليونيسف اليوم من حاجة الأطفال والعائلات المتضررة من الانفجارات التي اجتاحت بيروت قبل مائة يوم، إلى دعم حاسم من أجل إعادة بناء حياتهم. جاء هذا التحذير في تقرير نشرته تحت عنوان "النهوض من الدمار: مائة يوم على استجابة اليونيسف وتعاملها مع كارثة انفجارات بيروت، وإرسائها خارطة طريق للأطفال والعائلات".
يرتكز هذا الدعم الأساسي على توفير المساعدة النفسية - الاجتماعية للأطفال والعائلات المتضررة للسماح لهم بمعالجة الصدمات التي تعرضوا لها خلال وبعد الانفجارات. وقد كانت اليونيسف قد قدّمت إلى أكثر من 33000 شخص مجموعة من التدخلات النفسية - الاجتماعية، من بينهم 7200 طفل وأولياء الأمور ومقدمو الرعاية الاولية، وذلك من خلال خلق مساحات صديقة للأطفال تمّ إنشاؤها في المناطق المتضررة بالاضافة إلى جلسات دعم الأقران.

UNICEF warned today that children and families affected by the explosions that swept Beirut a hundred days ago need crucial support to rebuild their lives. This warning came in a report it published under the title "Rising from Destruction: One Hundred Days of UNICEF's Response and Dealing with the Beirut Explosions Disaster and Establishing a Roadmap for Children and Families".
This basic support is focused on providing psycho-social assistance to affected children and families to allow them to treat the trauma they have experienced during and after the explosions. UNICEF has provided a range of psychosocial interventions to more than 33,000 people, including 7,200 children, parents and primary caregivers, through the creation of child-friendly spaces established in the affected areas in addition to peer support sessions.
